The newly inaugurated hub in Stockholm is Serendi’s 15th office worldwide and 14th in Europe, spread over nine European countries. Serendi, true to its tradition, has always emphasized the importance of local intelligence and networks. It now doubles down on this strategy by covering the Nordics – Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Iceland – from its new hub in Stockholm.
The Nordics market is characterized by fierce competition for talent, especially, but not limited to, IT specialists. Also, Northern European organizations are precursors in diversity and inclusion strategies, a policy Serendi has always supported, even in countries where for cultural and historical reasons sensitivity to these issues is moderate.
