Everest Group’s latest assessment of the Indian RPO market has placed Serendi in the Major Contender category.

The PEAK Matrix® is Everest Group’s framework for assessing service providers based on their market impact, vision, and capability. For companies evaluating RPO partners, it provides an independent view of how providers compare within a specific market.

The 2026 recognition also continues Serendi’s track record with Everest Group, following previous Major Contender and Star Performer placements in its EMEA RPO assessments.
