Active Until You Hire

  • Mix salary bands freely. You do not have to fill every role at the same grade. A single plan covers hires across different salary bands, and each hire is charged the closing fee for its own band.

  • Validity is about activation, not completion. Intake credits have a limited validity that defines when a credit must be activated. It does not limit the recruitment duration. A search started in month 3 of a 4-month validity continues beyond the validity end.

  • Credits carry over. Unused credits roll into your next subscription period. On complete termination of a package, remaining credits expire.

  • Upgrade anytime. You pay the price difference only, keep all unused credits, and the new tier's full validity starts from the upgrade date.

Where Flex ends and RPO begins

Flex ends at shortlist acceptance, with scheduling support. It does not include ATS or system integration, embedded or branded recruiters, client-facing interviews, offer management, or customized process design. Sustained volume above 50 hires per year also routes to RPO. Above that line, Serendi moves clients to a tailored RPO solution.

  • Recruitment as a Service (RaaS), also called a recruitment subscription, is a model where a company buys recruiting capacity as a productized package instead of paying a percentage of each hire's salary. Serendi Flex delivers it as published plans with role intake credits and a fixed closing fee per hire.

  • A contingent agency charges 15 to 30% of salary per placement with no commitment. RPO embeds a fully customized recruitment function for 12+ months. RaaS sits between them: a productized subscription with a dedicated recruiter, published flat pricing around 11% of total compensation, and a 2 to 6 month commitment.

  • Serendi Flex publishes all prices: €8,500 for 7 intake credits, €19,500 for 15, €36,500 for 25. A closing fee of €4,700 to €13,000 applies per successful hire, by salary band. The all-in average is around 11% of total compensation.

  • No. The validity only defines when a credit must be activated. Once activated, the recruitment can run for as long as needed, even after the validity window closes. A search started in month 3 of a 4-month validity continues beyond month 4.

  • Inside an active subscription, unused credits roll over into your next cycle, so a deprioritized role does not cost you the credit. They only expire if you terminate the package completely.

  • Yes, at any time. You pay only the price difference between tiers, keep all unused credits, and gain the new tier's features immediately. Active searches move to the upgraded features too, with timing depending on their stage. The new tier's validity starts from the upgrade date. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.

  • A minimum of 3 vetted candidates per role, each with a concise cover page and LinkedIn link, full structured screening documentation, candidate-submitted documents, and, where the candidate consents, a short personal video introduction.

  • Yes, on Flex Scale. If a placed candidate resigns voluntarily within three months, Serendi restarts the search with no new closing fee and no new intake credit, provided the role reopens with substantially the same requirements.

  • Choose RPO when you need ATS integration, embedded and branded recruiters, customized processes, or sustained volume above 50 hires per year. Flex ends at shortlist acceptance with scheduling support. Above that line, you move to a tailored RPO setup.

  • A search where your company name stays undisclosed until a candidate signs an NDA, so only screened, committed candidates learn you are hiring. Confidential searches are part of Flex Scale and use 2 intake credits per search.
