The RPO Baker’s Dozen is an annual RPO industry ranking based on 450 client satisfaction surveys and published by HRO Today.
Serendi has made it on one of the most prestigious ranking lists of the RPO industry, based exclusively on customer satisfaction ratings by RPO service customers.

About Baker’s Dozen RPO ranking
The annual HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen list ranks the TOP 13 RPO’s globally as well as on regional lists for the EMEA and APAC regions. Baker’s Dozen rankings are based on feedback from clients on the RPO services. HRO Today magazine collects feedback annually through an online survey and analyzes results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, scores are calculated for all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The rankings are based on those scores.
