  • Short-term ramp-up with segmented sourcing strategy by geographic region executed by a dedicated team speaking 13 different languages to facilitate an appropriate candidate contact

  • Real-time reporting on diversity score of the talent pipelines and shortlists, monitoring and adjusting sourcing focus and strategy as needed

  • Talent Pipeline created within the initial 9 weeks:

  • 3.400+ candidates were identified and approached globally (~95 countries)

  • 500+ candidates interviewed

  • 230+ candidates shortlisted for further selection with the client
