Professional Background & Career Journey
Maja brings more than 13 years of professional experience across media, academic research, Talent Acquisition, and recruitment delivery. Her career started in journalism and media during and shortly after her studies, while her academic work developed a strong foundation in communication, research, analysis, and understanding how people and societies create meaning. This background gradually shaped her path into HR and Talent Acquisition.
At Serendi, she began as a Talent Researcher and grew through several delivery and leadership roles, including Sourcing Consultant, Team Lead, and TA Delivery Manager. Her current focus is strategic enablement - connecting sourcing strategy, market intelligence, reporting, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and technology adoption to help recruitment teams and international clients make better, more informed decisions.
