After graduating, Irena developed a strong passion for HR and interviewing people, which naturally led her into a career in talent acquisition. She started as a Talent Researcher, where she built a solid foundation in sourcing methodologies and learned how to identify and engage top-tier talent across different markets. From there, she progressed into a Sourcing Consultant role and eventually advanced to a Talent Acquisition Partner, taking ownership of full recruitment cycles and more complex, strategic searches.
Over the past 5 years, Irena has worked across a wide range of industries, including IT, the water industry, petrochemical, chemical, sales, aviation, and education fields. This diverse exposure has strengthened her adaptability and understanding of different talent landscapes, enabling her to successfully support both technical and non-technical hiring needs in various global environments.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, Irena is focusing on delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions for complex and hard-to-fill roles. She supported international clients across multiple regions, partnering closely with hiring managers on executive, niche, and confidential searches. Her day-to-day responsibilities included stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and guiding the full recruitment process to ensure high-quality hires in competitive markets.

Outside of her professional life, Irena enjoys reading books that explore psychology, human behavior, and personal development, as well as spending time playing board games that challenge strategic thinking and creativity. She is also passionate about films, especially those that tell complex human stories and spark reflection.
