Validity is about activation, not completion. Intake credits have a limited validity that defines when a credit must be activated. It does not limit the recruitment duration. A search started in month 3 of a 4-month validity continues beyond the validity end.

Credits carry over. Unused credits roll into your next subscription period. On complete termination of a package, remaining credits expire.

Where Flex ends and RPO begins
Flex ends at shortlist acceptance, with scheduling support. It does not include ATS or system integration, embedded or branded recruiters, client-facing interviews, offer management, or customized process design. Sustained volume above 50 hires per year also routes to RPO. Above that line, Serendi moves clients to a tailored RPO solution.

Inside an active subscription, unused credits roll over into your next cycle, so a deprioritized role does not cost you the credit. They only expire if you terminate the package completely.
Yes, at any time. You pay only the price difference between tiers, keep all unused credits, and gain the new tier's features immediately. Active searches move to the upgraded features too, with timing depending on their stage. The new tier's validity starts from the upgrade date. Downgrades apply at the next renewal.
