Chief Executive Officer
Claus-Peter Sommer heads the Serendi Group as CEO. Claus-Peter gathers 20 years of experience in the recruitment business and more than 10 years in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing services for multinational companies – in global and regional projects.
Indrajit Roy heads the operational Client Delivery at Serendi. In this function Indrajit oversees the daily delivery of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) programs for our clients. Indrajit builds more than 6 years of experience in managing delivery in RPO solutions – from sourcing, over onsite recruitment to account management.
Finance and Controlling
Beata Nemeth leads the Finance and Controlling department at Serendi and is responsible for accounting and finance of the whole Serendi Group. Beata brings along more than 10 years of experience in finance, tax and accounting.
Solution Design and Talent Advisory
Fiona-Sophie Grube leads the Solution Design and Talent Advisory division at Serendi. This function tailors our talent acquisition solutions to the needs of our clients. Fiona draws on more than 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment with more than 20 international clients.
Matthieu Gremaud leads the Serendi Sourcing Center. In our Sourcing Center we have centralized all our talent attraction and active sourcing activities for our RPO clients. Matthieu gathers more than 7 years of experience in sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding and is a seasoned expert in innovative sourcing programs.
Beatrix Kiss manages Serendi's Human Resource function. She has over 12 years of experience as a people and talent manager in knowledge focussed environments. She is driving Serendi's learning and development activities.
